The Project Window shows the current project files as they been set up.
Double click on a file to open in the editor.

The Toolbar allows to work with the current project:

New Project	Creates an empty Project file.
Open Project	Opens an existing Project file.
Save Project	saves current opened Project.
Save Project As	saves current opened Project under a new file.
Organize Project	Opens the Project dialog
Close Project	Closes the current opened Project
